anybody picking up good ones in the bay, or has the dry pushed them in. i heard of a few up at sandy island earlier.

I don’t think it really gets fished. I have heard of fish being caught around 17 bridge this time o fyear trolling rebel type plugs…
but why fish for 2 or 3 stripers all day when you can catch 20 or 30 redfish if you hit em right…

Obviously you’ve never caught too many 15 # tidewater rockfish!

Have you tried trolling around the piling in Winyah Bay near the entrance to the intercoastal canal with big rebels trailed by a bucktail? I use to catch some big ones bumping the pilings on a high-outgoing tide during this time of year.
