We left Murrells Inlet around 4am. First trip out this far (have to wait until its right with a 20’ boat) Lines in @ 7. First fish @ 715. Dolphin around 10 lbs. 250’ of water and water temp 76.7. After an hour with no more hits we headed to deeper water. Trolled to 500 with no luck so we headed back to 250-300. Around 1030 another hit. Another nice dolphin. 15 min later another Dolphin. I had marked the last 2 hits so we trolled back and forth between the 2 points. 3 more dolphin. No particular colors. Hit Pink/white, Blue/white, Blue/Pink, and green/yellow. All 5 weighed 12-16 lbs. Probably not a good day for the regulars but for a 20’ boat on his 1st trip 64 miles out to get 5 hits and bring in 5 fish, I am very happy with it:smiley:. 4 of the 5 we were able to work the fish so we didn’t have to bring all of the other lines in. Great day. Weather man was a little of on wave intervals. 3hr ride home. BTW only used 45 gal 25 left over plus another 10 in cans just in case
