Left Edisto Marina on Board Woo-Teng Clan around 4:30AM, Could not have asked for a better ride out. Dropped lines @ 226 around 7:00AM (still dark). Around 9:00 had a suspect blue on but broke wire leader after a minute of stripping a fifty and doubling over the rod. Around 10:30 boated two really nice gaffer dolphin for this time of year(15-20#) between the 226 and 380.
Fished up to the 380, no luck. Pushed out another 15 miles and swept back towards 226, no luck.
Picked up and ran into the ledge around 3:00 trolled for an our or so trying to pick up a hooo, no luck.
Found 76 degree water 15 miles off shore of 226. 69 degree water @ the ledge. 72-75 between 226 and 380.
All in all great trip, great weather, and great ride.
