I’m looking to have a instrument panel made in teak and was wondering if anyone knew of any places in the area that did this sort of stuff. i have a 3D model that I designed and just need someone with the skills to fabricate it.
PM Redfish Matt or Cracker Larry on this site.
Double D.
Larry would be far more capable, in terms of nautical woodworking experience. I would confidently bid a reasonable price on this and do it, and Patrick would be absolutely happy with it… but since we just had our third child (second daughter) born a couple days ago, I’m not really able to do it right now. Would be a couple months before I can tackle anything else other than my cabinetry job. Boy would this be fun though, I love this sort of thing.

By the way, thanks for mentioning me Double D, I am grateful even though I’m probably not able to do it at this point.

If he has the time, Larry can definitely do it. You should see the boat he is building right now…awesome.

congrats on the newborn Redfish;
Thanks for the references men.
I could probably do it for you, if you aren’t in a big hurry. I stay busy. Can you post a picture of your model or email it to me? LTeuton at aol dot com. Let me see what you have in mind.

Thanks Doug Almost there, just got to finish the wiring and get the trim work done. Wish it would warm up a little bit, been too cold for glue or paint lately.

I can vouch for Larry. He did a great job on my boat and was super to work with.
Larry, Is that the same boat you were working on in the spring? Looks great.
I’d love to see some pics when it’s done.
Same one Mike, this one has been a long haul Down to final touches now.
