I am in high school and I am looking for a job. I want to be a deck hand on a charter boat but I am not sure where to start. I have been inshore fishing all my life and have my own boat but have only been offshore several times. I am willing to work for free until i get to know about offshore fishing. Can someone at least tell me where to start at? Your help would be appreciated.
