Could someone please tell me what handguns will shoot 5.56 ammo? I’d really like to know.

There is a such thing as an AR pistol. Its buffer tube is such that you don’t/can’t attach a butt stock to it and therefore can’t be “shoulder fired.”

I can understand them wanting to ban AR ammo. No other ammo can actually kill you.

I’m well aware of pistol length AR’s. Even they are just a short barreled rifle. They are about as concealable as a big 44 mag or 45 long colt. Not something criminals are getting their hands on to stuff in their waistband.

The Democrat Party seems obsessed with gun control, gun bans, and ammo bans. Playing to their base of urban liberals. Just be glad Obama has less than 2 years left, and pray Hillary doesnt win in 16.

It’s unfortunate that most people (educated or not) don’t understand that the sole purpose of the United States Constitution is simply to protect the People from the Government. This is enumerated in the Second Amendment; thus giving us the ability to defend ourselves against a tyrannical government. Simple concept that most people are to stupid to see because they have their heads stuck so far up you know where.

The AR-15 lower receiver with some make shift parts...

The funny thing about this… Several years ago, I bought an AR-15 from a store in Columbia that everyone is familiar with. I had an out of state license. They told me that they could sell me an AR-15, but could not sell me the lower receivers (I asked about buying a few extra). I asked them what the rational was behind that. They said that a lower receiver could be made into a pistol… So let met get this straight… The law dictates that they CAN sell me a fully functioning AR-15 rifle, but they were not allowed to sell me the lower where I could make parts to create a pistol? That’s probably one of the most backwards laws I have ever heard of.
