These stimulus packages must really be working for the banks. I needed a housing for a Penn reel, so I ordered one through there parts dept. Lady was nice as could be and said she would ship it the next day. Total cost 12.30 shipping and all. I said that’s pretty cool. Well, I don’t usually use a credit card, but to order it, I had to use one. So I gave her my cc number. The part came in a couple of days later. Just so happened, I saved the invoice. The cc bill came today…1230.00. HOLY COW!!! I gotta to call them folks in the morning. I don’t know who goofed up, Penn or the bank, but somebody made a chunk of money for a few days.

Well, I called Penn today and they straightened the mess out. The lady was full of “Oh my goshes, and we’re so sorries”. Musta been a summer help that rung me up. Stuff like that can give a fellow a heart a stroke.
