Looking for a used 10’ cast net, before buying a new one.

Get a 10’ betts blue and tape it yourself. I added 75 ft of nylon rope from wal mart. My net is 4 years old, and its nice and light. You can throw it alot longer than the other nets.

nice tape job Bill…on one of my older home-mades I also ran about a 6" long strip of duct tape perpendicular to where your red tape is, over the lead line (between the leads themselves) and back under the other side…mashed it against itself then put the “loop” of duct tape over it…did this about every 2-3’ or so…helped with keeping the lead line from fraying and separating from the panels…might not have to worry about this with a newer net, but mine was coming apart anyway…
