My Mom-in-law’s family is looking to sell her town home on James Island. It is on Dexter Avenue in the Meridian Place development off of George Griffith Blvd near the James Is Walmart. It is one story, two bed/two bath. No garage, but small fenced in back yard (back yard can be expanded a little bit. Has a store room in back yard. Gas water heater and fire place. I think some of the appliances are to be left for the new owner. I don’t know what the HOA fees are but I don’t think they are high.
Meridian Place has two unit, three unit, and four unit town homes. Hers is a two unit home (separate driveways and entry doors).
Last I heard the asking price was $220,000.
