On the hunt for a Garmin 540, 498, or a 400.

Have a Garmin 540, but getting hard to use the combo screen now that i am getting older.
Or if you all have any other nice color fish finder.

I have same issue with 540s, when running split screen , cant make any detail of bottom.

SO, I bought a used Garmin 176C GPS (Marine model) I run the GPS on 176C and run FF on 540S, best move I made in a long time. Cost 85 bucks on EBay.

Fishing on the bottom is like having sex with the lights turned off. It feels good… but I wanna see it.
