Wtb pioneer cape island

If anyone knows of one for sale somewhere let me know, 803-860-2020. Thanks

I think someome had one on the site for sale with a blue hull or white out of Beaufort. Check back on the swap shop maybe 20+pages. Good luck with your search.

-Albemarle 248xf “Chella”
-Dolphin 18BC Pro
-HT Bugbuster

Still looking, found a few that were extremely far away. Not worried about a 4-5hr drive, 10-12 one way it would need to be a heck of a deal.

The cape isle’s predecessor was what was for sale here recently.
“Bone Boat” was the manufacturer.

2002 Boat, motor, and trailer. 2008 Trolling motor. Bone boats were made for a very short time and when the designer and builder had financial problems, the molds and all tooling was bought by Pioneer. Pioneer is still marketing the boat as its Cape Island model. While there are not a great number built and sold - they are somewhat hard to find because those that have them are so fond of them. The early 140 hp Suzukis had two inherent design problems. One was a casting that had a port for an oxygen sensor. The sensor was not part of the final design and the port was plugged with a steel plug. Later castings did not have the port in the casting. The other fault was a poor shift linkage design that allowed the linkage to wear a hole in the oil pan. Later design added a bearing and eliminated the problem. Both of these issues have been addressed on this engine at a cost ~ $3000. Engine hours are less than 1000 and runs perfectly. Top speed is excess of 45 mph.

The trolling motor is a 24 volt Minn-Kota Riptide, hand controlled, with quick attach mounting. A two bank battery charger keeps the trolling motor batteries charged, prolonging battery life and ready for use.
Garmin Chartplotter/Sonar and radio complete the electronics.

Boat is ready to fish. A great shrimping platform as well. Includes anchor and rode, coast guard safety equipment, paddle and mud anchor.

Boat has been fished for 12 years and s

I went and looked at that one, really want the Pioneer version for various reasons.
