I posted for some advice for some gear recommendations in another area and though I may post here. I am new to the site and salt water fishing. (Learning a lot thanks everyone) So I wanted to start getting some gear for next year. With some advice and research I am looking for 2-4 TLD 25/30 plan on using those for trolling and bottom fishing. Probably need a couple spinning combos. Hopefully that will get me started. I have sent a few pm’s out to some I have seen here but haven’t been able to connect.

I’ve got a Shimano Tyranos 30 on a Star rod, like new, loaded with 60 lb. braid, a Shimano Torium 30 on good jigging rod with 60 lb. braid, has some use but in perfect condition. Both of these are a step up from a TLD. A Quantum Cabo 80 spinning reel, like new, on a Star rod, loaded with braid, and a Quantum Cabo 50 reel on an Ugly Stik rod, like new, loaded with braid. Don’t remember what size.
The 4 of these will give you a great start for trolling and bottom fishing and will handle anything you’re likely to catch. The spinning rods are heavy enough to use for trolling or bottom fishing, as well as normal spinning rod use.
I’ll take $850 for all 4. Don’t want to break them up. I’m in Clyo, Ga and can’t deliver. Must pick up at your convenience. I’ll throw in a 4’ gaff and maybe some other stuff too.
