Troy - I ordered one from Portronics a few years back. They did the transaction over the phone
and shipped it to me the same day.
You can also make one yourself with a come along and some rod holders.

You could have one custom made at ratchetstraps.com I think I bought mine years ago at Lake Hartwell Fishing and Marine.
