I’ve been looking at maps and thinking about trying to organize a trip from South Island Ferry boat landing on the south side of Wynah bay on an out going tide. taking the Yak along the south shore across the mouth to North Island camping out overnight and fishing the jetties then coming back next day on incoming. Anyone know anything about this area? Anyone interested in trying to go somtime in mid late may.
I know some boys from Georgetown that fish there all the time. They say flounder are pretty abundant on the inlets around the south side. Also there is an artificial reef in the middle that I’ve always wanted to check out.
