yamaha 150 code 29

So I hooked up my code reader to my port engine and it kicked out a code 29 intake air pressure out of spec. I ran the diagnostics and the sensor came back normal. I noticed the engine turns over a little bit longer then normal on start up. I don’t see anything else that is not normal in operation.

Anyway, I reset the code to see if it will pop up again as it the code was from 6 hours operation ago.

Any ideas?

Bad injector gasket?

2005 yamaha F150 LXRD

I got the cable and cpu program to read the codes on my engines. I hook up my laptop to the engine.

I deleted the code and it has not repeated itself. I would not be surprised if the injectors needed cleaning as the plugs on both engines were fouled and I had to change them.

cleaning injectors is never a bad idea.
but if you are going to clean injectors, replace all the filters at the same time.
BUT…
I would lean more toward the motors throttle bodies needing to be synchronized.

Thanks, I am going to see if the code comes back and I have any other issues. I got new fuel filters and VST filters, the engines only have 120 hours each but they sat for a while.
