Yamaha 225 Four Stroke Loosing Fuel Pressure

My motor seems to loose fuel pressure at higher rpms. I have pumped the tank, added a water seperating fuel filter with a sight glass, replaced fuel lift pump and fuel pressure pump, taken it to yamaha dealer to scan engine for codes but found no codes, blew out gas pickup tube in tank to clear any obstructions, and replaced the primer bulb. The motor starts to cut out like it is running out of gas but you can let someone pump the primer bulb and it is fine. It never sucks the primer bulb flat, it just looses pressure.Help! Thanks for reading!

mine did this too. first check the fuse for the low pressure fuel pump. it’s right under the cowling. just pull the green or orange fuse cover off. there should be a spare next to it if it’s blown. i had mine blow even after a new pump was installed. if you had water in the fuel before you had your seperator, it will rust on the inside of the pump and it will pop a fuse. my second pump actually went bad but was under warranty so got another one.

it’s tough being a gamecock fan!

almost gaurantee it the little “U” shaped filter between the pump and the injector

I am having my mechanic check those things. Thanks for the help! I will update when I get an answer.
