Yamaha 25 3 cyl Long Shaft, Bobs Tilt and Trim
Posting my 1997 Yamaha true 25hp Long Shaft
Was worked up before I bought it. Keyed Electric start added, Tohatsu MD40 Carbs, Ported etc. I plugged the ports above the waterline with PVC 1in threaded caps.
Motor runs great on my boat but boat is rated for 50hp and I am moving up to rating with Variable RPM for flounder Trolling. Chip on Cav Plate was fixed with aluminum plate. Cav plate was chipped before I bought it. Motor runs fine with or without it but esthetically looks better with it.

$2500 for motor, $600-Bobs Tilt and Trim. Buy both for $3k, Jack plate is not for sale.

Powertech SRA4 11P prop on it ($200ish) and Flounder Plate are negotiable. Have black Stainless 13-F that will come with the motor as well.
