yamaha 90 problems

I have a 2004 yamaha 90 2 stroke and when I went out this afternoon we were running at half throttle for about 5-7 minutes then when I went wide open. After 30-45 seconds it bogged down. It didn’t spit and sputter or anything just lost power. I was never able to get it past 2800-3000 rpms after that. I checked the plugs when I got home and it cooled down and 2 of the 3 were soaked in fuel/oil? What would cause this? I checked drains on carbs and all of the fuel looks good.

Were there any alarms going off? The engine has a rpm limiter that kicks in if the engine has a overheat or low oil condition.

No alarms and the oil was 3/4 full.

Nothing makes a fish bigger than almost being caught.

if rpm reduction, top rpm would be about 2000
weak spark would cause the plugs to be wet
water in the fuel would cause low rpm and wet plugs
