Yamaha digital gauges question

I have a 1999 Yamaha 250 with the dual Yamaha gauges on my Mako rebuild boat. The gauges are getting power but the black crystal liquid is not letting me read them. Is there a way to fix the gauges or are they shot and I should be looking for new ones? One is RPM the other is fuel multi-gauge

they can not be repaired

thats what i was thinking redeye just wanted to make sure. Any where i can find a set used? new prices for both are unreal!

ebay for new and used ones make sure the model is the correct one as there are a few and I believe have different connectors
