I have a 2004 Yamaha F150. I opened the cowling and noticed this part that was very rusted. What is it and is it hard to replace? Its on the Strb side under the oil dip stick. Thanks

it should lead to the pee tube by way of the fuel cooler
part is replaceable
its about $30 for the part
problem is getting it out and then installing the new one
