I am getting mixed reasons online.
Runs fine, but when I drop into neutral alarm goes off. I’m thinking it’s either water in fuel filter or water propeller issues? Any help?
I drained the water fuel separator and it looked fine. But did not drain the filter by motor Yet.

Water in fuel on mine about a month ago. Let us know what you find.
I had same issue with F90. Emptied contents of under cowl filter, no problem sense.
ONLY ALARM A YAMAHA THAT GOES AWAY BETWEEN NUETRAL AND GEAR IS WATER IN FUEL

YUP, water in fuel. They had to change all filters and said i should be ok but carry extra water fuel separators with me.
Hopefully not much more in tank
