Yamaha HPDI 150 HP Problems!!!

So, I decided to have the injectors cleaned on it because it seemed to be using a lot more gas than it used to. Well, to try and save some money I used a guy that a friend of mine had used previously. After he tested compression(which was all good) he then worked his way around the fuel system. Once doing all of this for about an hour we could not get the motor started anymore. It was working the day before great just using to much fuel. So he left for the night(it was late) without ever figuring out why it wasn’t working. Came home the next day and found that the fuel pump/O2 sensor fuse was burned out. I have since replaced the fuse a few times and disconnected each item listed in my manual one by one, but it continues to blow. For the guy to come back out he wants to charge me even more money even though he broke it in the first place. I am now just trying to get it back to running normal and I will do the maintenance from now on. My question is I am not really sure where to start from here on diagnosing what is going on, why the fuse is blowing every time I turn the ignition on.

Thanks guys,
Seth
