Yamaha SS2 150 fast idle

Hey guys, long time…

I just got my old yamaha sx150TRA (2002 saltwater series II)
back out of long storage. it starts real well but it is idleing ridiculously high. I have checked all linkage and the only adjustment I know of is bottomed out.
I pulled the intake cover to have a look see and the bottom of the cover is full of unburned fuel…looks like its coming out of the intake…WTH?

Any simple thing to look for to cure a fast idle?
It is EFI and seems to run well, and starts right up but to high to be shifting in and out of gear.
Thanks for the help fellas

I read that a low pressure fuel pump may cause over fueling…?
I don’t understand how.

Fishing on the bottom is like having sex with the lights turned off. It feels good… but I wanna see it.
Lights On!
