Yamaha Tach?

I have a SeaPro that has the OEM analog tach and I want to install a Yamaha digital tach. Do I need to buy a wiring harness that goes from the new tach to engine or can I wire the new digital tach with the wires that are used by the analog tach.

Engine: 2005 Yamaha 150hp 4-stroke

is it just the multi function tach, if so, yes, it will use the same wires
without the proper wiring harness, the trim gauge wont work
