I need to replace my Yamaha 4 stroke 115 trim and tilt pump. Any suggestion on where to find a rebuilt one or someone who can rebuilt the existing one?

I believe motor is OK - fluid has leaked out of pump 3 times - paid to have o-ring replaced last time and within 2 weeks, the fluid was gone again. I can hear motor engage, but the engine will not go up - I am guessing the pump needs replacing or reworking. I would appreciate your thoughts.
