Most you know i bought a new masters 227 in September. My fuel gauge is flashing empty. Just put in 23the gal and overflowed the tank. Wonder whats the issue? Hopefully Milo can step in and give advice.

bad sending unit in the tank
bad connection/wire between gauge and tank
bad gauge
my first guess would be a faulty rigging issue, such as a bad connection, wire when it was being put together

I figured it out yesterday. The sender us bad. Not to bash anyone but it is made by Royce Industries p/n 1-520-1134-0080. They are gonna send me a replacement.
