Yearly boat service

Any ideas where I can take my 2014 keywest and Yamaha 150 for their yearly service without breaking the bank? How many of you do this type of service yourselves? What do you do “service wise” if you do this type of service yourselves?
Thanks

Easy in and out at Charleston Marine on Rivers. It’s going to run you roughly $600. I do it myself since the 5 year warranty expired. Change the motor oil and filter, lower unit oil, lube/grease everything, change the fuel/water separator filter. Inspect fuel filter and spark plug. A couple of hours and you’re done. It’s a week turn around at the mentioned shop. 2013 Yamaha F115.

I have a Yamaha 150 hpdi 2 stoke and do what jab007 listed and change spark plugs for under $100 dollars. I use only Yamaha lower unit gear lube, fuel/ water separator filter and NKG plugs. I had a 4-stoke and very easy to change the oil and filter. Just find the drain plug and lose filter. You would need a lower unit pump that screws on to the quart bottle. Also replace the seals on the 2 screws to drain and fill back the lower unit oil. Pump can be used over and over and can’t remember but under $25 or less. I enjoy doing the work myself. Just a few tools and you are in business and can do it yourself.
