Yorktown Sunday Night

Chose Yorktown due to the east wind and having a novice crew. Had a good lee shore, but all small shrimp. Only one pole produced consistently, since had to work today, left about 945, tide still ebbing and catch was improving when we left, but they were still smalls. Would have stayed longer if they were large… Fun night w/ friends, but also tore up a 6 ft Tim Wade net on a submerged structure. Should have dealt with the wind and gone to Patriots Point.

I decided to fight the wind and work over by the James Island Yacht Club. Same results with very small shrimp. Pulled poles at 9pm and headed back. 1/4 cooler. Not worth it with the size.
