finally conned someone to be at the ramp at 5am to go with me friday morning. i set up six rods handed my buddy a freeline and said hold this. 15 minutes later, pole almost comes out of his hands and the fight is on. 10 minutes later he has the biggest smile on his face as i am trying to get the fish out of the net. his biggest and the biggest i have ever netted on the boat. 18.5 pounds, 38" a straight pig. other than that caught 2 shorts. gotta get to work but will show pix tonight when i get back to the house. bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. fish on, sizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. fish in the pan wish you all a happy labor day. starting to look like i am spamming this site with all the topic start…lol…

and my personal favorite which is dedicated to all those people who are bashing people for keeping fish and so forth, you are more than welcome to walk to you own front door to see exactly how big the fillets were that came off from this fish and to my surprise there was not really that much red meat in the fish, unlike from what i have heard from people

took that pic for my dad so he would stop telling me that the pix i was sending him were small. lol…thats what i keep my herring alive in. can’t afford 500.00 bait tank been using that cooler and a bubble box for as long as i have been striper fishing. happy bob, hooked up with that pig close to the towers, lexington side. about 130’ water, is anybody fishing that tourney put on by usfishingreports.com, just found out about it and got the money in all should join.
