Fished 12-07,08,09-2012: Caught fish all days trout bite is best I have ever experienced. I fished same drops same tides and the trout for the most part did thier part in hitting almost anything I threw at them as long as it was a gulp white 3" swimming minnow, orded a tub from Bass Pro thinking I was getting the swimming mullet got the swimming minnow with a big red sticker on it saying something about fresh water, they need to change the name to trout killer. 1/8 oz. gig head fished low and bounce off the bottom the trout seem to be bigger than those on the popping cork. Saturday caught 6-7 Reds largest being 28" others in the slot also on the Fresh water swimming Minnow Sunday @ low tide saw lots of red fish on the flats didn’t spook them they just wouldn’t bite. Hope the weather stays warm so it doesn’t kill off the trout boy they are fun and next year those 17"-18"trout I been throwing back will be even bigger.
