fish with Ryan Quirk from Orangeburg, SC. Fish flats early, water temp 59 at 10:30. Fish flats real slow, went to some creeks with structure. Had some mullet from the Edisto Marina. Never been a believer in live bait, have always fished artificial. Went to cut mullet, BAM 23", throw back out had a 28", game on! They loved that cut mullet. Cut 8 22"-28" reds. I now believe in cut mullet. Big tides, good day, here are the pics.
