We kept registration open until the first boat fished, the field grew to a total of 46 boats</font id=“red”>, thats an amazing turnout and we are grateful and humbled by it. And will continue to work hard and make it a great year.

It is early in the series, and the weather has been tough as you well know. 2 Boats have managed to fish, #36 Reelin fished on the 2/4 and weighged in a 54.1lb wahoo. They also fished there 2nd day on 2/8 and weighed a 44lb wahoo. Both days they fished South of Hilton Head, having to run a ways to find good water, but it paid off and they are the current leaders with 98.1lb 2 fish weight, and in a good position going into the Shootout!

#34 Reelist is the only other boat to fish so far. Declaring their day on 2/8, they weighed a nice 37.5lb wahoo. They are in 2nd place, and have one more day to fish, and are looking good going into the shootout! Reelist caught a nice 21lb mahi as well!

44 boats are still to come.It should be great competetion, and an incedible weigh in!

Good Luck!

Reelin 54.1lb wahoo day 1

Reelin 44lb wahoo day 2

A lot fishing has happened, and there are still a lot of boats left to fish. I will try and bring you up to speed. On 3/8 11 boats fished thier 1st day, and 4 boats fished thier 1st since then. 2 boats have fished early and got both days in.

So 2 boats have fished both of thier days and 15 boats have fished 1 day. Leaving 29 boats looking for their 1st chance.

Alright now for the good stuff.

Hammer Down has jumped in with a 60.1lb wahoo on thier day 1(3/8).

Mas Pescado pulled out a stud 55.7 wahoo on thier day 1(3/8)

2 boats fished today. They both fished way south but did find good fish.

#12 Mas Pescado fished their 2nd day of the series, and caught this good wahoo. They Had a 55.7lb wahoo on their 1st day, and with todays wahoo they are looking to move into the lead.

#10 Salty Cracker( old Reel Labor) Fished their 1st day today. They are heading to the scales tomorrow with this big wahoo.

Both boats had multiple fish, and the key was finding 70+ water.

Great Job!

Mas Pescado

Salty Cracker

The weather has shut us down for a while but it looks good for this week. There are a lot of boats left to fish so we should see some great action!

24 boats have fished so far.
18 have fished 1 day.
6 have fished their 2 days.

This thing is still wide open!!

3 Boats fished on the 17th and didnt have any luck with the wahoo.

4 Boats fished on the 21st and 3 of the 4 caught wahoo. Including the new leader! #3 Team Hammer Down caught a nice 48.6lb 2nd day Wahoo. This fish together with their 1st day fish of 60.1lbs give them 108.7lb 2 fish overall weight, and moves them into the lead. #21 Slave Driver weighed 39.7lb Wahoo and had several in the box. This was big for them, they did not weigh a fish on day 1 and needed a goog fish to keep the dream alive going into the bonus day at the 11th Annual Hilton Head Harbor Wahoo Shootout! #6 BOB-O weighed 31lb wahoo, this is their 1st day so they have another to put a big upgrade on the scale, before heading to the Shootout. All 3 boats fished together, although they are tight liped on the spot I know they fished north on 72 to 73 degree water, with the bites coming off the structure. One Capatin said the flying fish were stacked up, and pink/white was the color.
