Rattler would be amazing with the right coaching. It looks like heās just not going to develop at SC the way I hoped. The difference between average and great is pretty small at this level and even smaller at the next.

I donāt think he is. SC has only ever been ābetter than averageā for three years really. Spurrier had the Gamecocks at 33-6 over a great three years, but even then we couldnāt compete for an SEC title. And I donāt know if you remember what Scam Newton did to usā¦but it was a man among boys. Thatās for sure.
I like Beamer. Heās much better than Muschamp. I like where he comes from and what heās about. I hope we give him five years to see if he can do something.
