Z, its a forum. Im entitled to my opinion. Anyways, to say the least, doplhin, even when vaccum bagged is really only good in the freezer for several months, most certainly not a year. I was just pointing out the obvious overkill…But hey, it makes a cool picture, right??

I can’t believe ktpusateri would say something so stupid. 33 dolphin between 5 guys is not a lot of fish. Most of the sportfishers in Charleston always limit out with 60 dolphin. Anyway, today’s my birthday and we are going to enjoy every bit of the fish. Oh, ktpusateri, I hope you get out there this spring and tear them up. I’ll be there everyday as long as the weathers nice doing the same thing.

Really,once you fillet those slingers,cut out the bloodline,you have a piece that you could read the newspaper thru.The perfect size for slipping thru the grill,and burning to a crisp.
