Cool thing about this fish was that last week when we caught the 35lb fish, we broke a couple off. This fish had one of our hooks in its mouth. Kid in the picture was pissed his dad beat him. Family come down for 2 weeks and fishes about 10 times.

Got 3 of these in one day… 12 lb test line… Had to move to get away from them because they were a nightmare to revive.

I’m just going to throw this out there… they were most likely a nightmare to revive because a) 12 lb test doesn’t exactly bring a redfish of that size too quickly- redfish will literally fight to their death b) I don’t think the fish is going to quickly swim off “healthy” and “strong” after having a hand up in its gills hung vertically. But then again, I’m not a scientist…
