Finally caught some fish today thanks to a tip from my bud. Trout and flounder. He did a whole lot better than me today but we still had fun. Look for clean water. The earlier you’re out there the better. Wind really picks up in the afternoon.

Stay in the main river and look for she’ll banks with clean water. That’s been almost impossible within the last 2 days. Spring tide has all the water muddy. With all the rain up state, I don’t know when it will clear up. Seems like the bite is over by noon. Mud minnows fished slow.
