We just returned from a trip to Beaufort and I wanted to give back what I take when I’m home. We caught allot of rat reds on minnows, live shrimp, and finger mullet… No slots, but we caught a few overs. The trout were almost nonexistent. None of our normal trout holes were holding. Only caught one keeper flounder, but it was my personal best at 22.5". We caught allot of whiting at low tide on a sand bar. They were eating everything we threw at them and I’m looking forward to frying them up. My favorite fish hands down for the fryer. I appreciate the reading the reports as we only get down a few times a year, so keep them coming!
