ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? That’s all we have heard for 20 years, is the SEC is big boy football!, NOW all of a sudden, it’s only the east, were down…
Give me a break!!!

ACC has their best day in a 100 years of football and people are making memes and posters about it. SAD

Charleston City Papers Best Guide of 2014

Fritz, is it more sad than USC fans calling the previous 5 years “The Streak”?

Best streak in 100 years of football for USC compared to Clemson having at least 4 streaks that long…

I think this post from another thread speaks volumes for the delusional ACC fans

I am not taking anything away from Clemson. I think they have a really good team and I was not one of the guys saying they did not have a good defense. I was merely making the point that I keep hearing how well the ACC did against the SEC. Out of the teams that lost yesterday only one of them had a winning record in the SEC and that is GA. The others records in SEC play USC 3-5, Kentucky 2-6, Florida 4-4. </font id=“red”></font id=“size3”>I guess what I am saying is that if you want to hang your hat on that ok. Again Clemson had the better team and their defense manhandled South Carolina all day. I hope y’all aren’t going to start chanting ACC now

You gotta love the South Carolina Lowcountry.

One win and Clemson Nation turns into Clemson Tom.
CRM Clemson style over and over and over and over…I must say this reaction was really unexpected with the season ending the way it did…Expectations in the upstate have changed for sure but then again the rest of the country is getting soft too…

Delusional? Nobody said the ACC was better. Just saying the SEC is down this year.

No teams in the west even look like world beaters now. They did early in the season but now that we have a full season behind us it shows that’s just not the case.

When you have teams in the top 10-15 play each other…someone has to lose. Going through the SEC west over the past many years has been the most brutal schedule. Coming out unscathed is improbable.

Not to beat this to death, but how many top 10-15 matchups have the other conference had? Also look at the end of the season. How many are still in the top 10-15.

Fully understand that argument Jamey. But the round robin of ass beatings between those teams has been unusual and seems to show no team is dominate like years past.

Once again, we will not really know until teams like Miss State, Ole Miss & Auburn play their bowl games.

No doubt there is no team that screams NC to me.
That is why CFB is so much fun to watch. Talent is not the biggest factor.

I thought that’s the reason the SEC is big boy football

Let me think - who won the National Champship last year -
me think a team from ACC
