Spent a pretty enjoyable 75 degree April 18th day at the Edisto 40.
Water temp was 66 degrees.
I was happy to see they replaced a reef buoy, but am wondering if they put it in a different spot. It seems like it is a little further east and over a different structure. In any event, we were the only boat out there.
Pretty standard fare:
80 BSBs
25 Pinfish
4 Rock Bass
4 Ringtails
5 Bluefish (a couple close to 20 inches).
The highlight was a 28 inch Redfish with 45 spots on one side. We released him then kicked ourselves for not counting the spots on the other side.
Lovely day to be out on the water.
