Making a call by noon. I agree with you pro, I was hoping for a change in the pattern but even Sunday looks bad.

Not a good idea to have tournament!!! Participation will be way down because of weather!!! Think about people traveling from other parts of the state to fish, time and money involved if you cancel last minute!!
I would definitely like to see it rescheduled. I did the early entry and still don’t think I would fish. Doesn’t matter what size boat your in those conditions. Its gonna be small craft. Your boat insurance won’t cover you in a small craft.

SKA will call it if SCW go into affect. If it helps the smaller boats out, we have extended the southern most launch inlet to Doughboy sound. So if you want to fish south, you can trailer that way to fish.

Why not reschedule rather than have a tournament that already had low participation last year bc of weather and Saturday will be way worse? Extending to doughboy?? What good does that really do? Don’t know who is pushing this to happen with forecast waterfestival committee or tournament director but another year like last year and SKA won’t want to be a part of a low turnout event. Last year saw I believe 30 boats and 2 fish weighed. Really don’t see why this hasn’t been decided yet but maybe if we move southern boundary to JAX we can tailor down and fish Elton…
I agree with kevin. Not a georgia tournament and to late to change the rules. Move it to the following weekend. There is nothing on the waterfestival schedule for the following or ska. Ska does not make the decision on your tournament. So make the change for the tournament and keep the rules. Dont put people at risk just because someone else wants that weekend off from the schedule. you can also save money cause everyone realizes that it was postponed so you dont have to spend the money on set up and food.

Weather looks awesome…Again… Can’t believe how unfortunate this is. Wish it would be better but 4-5… Bully’s Freeman’s may be the only boats that can compete in that slop…hopefully it changes… Will be game time decision for us
