Whats the name of the landing at the big bridge coming into Edisto? And whats the name of the nearest creek to that. I know the ICW runs through there as well just curious.

You must be talking about the Dawhoo river bridge landing on 174?
Fishing Creek and North Creek are above the bridge, Steamboat creek, Wadmalaw River are below the bridge. Toogoodoo dumps into the Wadmalaw just up the river. If you put in at the landing and go down the river, make sure to follow the navigational markers. There are a couple of mudflats that will humble you real quick.
Never been far above the bridge myself. Usually I put in at the bridge and go down. It is a nice landing. Water isn’t so swift and the ramps are a good angle for my rig.
Thanks, my family has been going on vacation there for over 50 years. We love Edisto and to us its the only “beach”. I have fished all over down there just couldn’t remember the name of that bridge. Thanks again.
