I was actually referring to both of them. The kid in the hat is my son. He got to play touch football with Deshaun and Spencer Shuey this weekend and also tour the workout facilities and trophy room.
Really nice guys, and they went above and beyond to show the kids a good time. It was like they were playing in the backyard with their little brothers.
Also Wayne Gallman the 3 star RB recruit out of GA played with them.
Along with Bradley Pinion our punter. You know, the guy that Spurrier and Saban wishes they would have sacrificed a scholarship for and picked up.
He had a sports clinic with the student athletes for football, soccer, and golf. Out of all the sports he decided he wanted to pursue golf. Not surprised, he really doesn’t like chaos, or the unknown of playing sports with other people. He likes to be in control, so golf might be perfect for him. He’s also really laid back for a 7 year old.

He got it through his Cub Scout Pack for being a top seller in popcorn sales. Very cool setup that the University does for the kids.

That’s a really cool experience for the kids. My little cousin is 7 and he got to go out there and do something very similar last year and Sammy was there when he went. His dad(my uncle) played football on scholarship for North Carolina but the rest of the family are tigers and he is too!

■■■■■■■■■. It’s funny going back and looking at this post. Who would have thought this was the beginning of a National Championship.
And it turns out the visit my son had at the golf complex really was his calling. Kid has been obsessed with golf ever since. The past 3 years following Clemson and his idol with him, along with watching him learn and love the game of golf has been special. Kid is already dropping birdies at 9.
