BIG RED FOLLY PIER

Nice catch.

Where’s the bratwurst?

I used it for bait

One of the nicest fish I have seen caught out there this year Congrats

Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

Nice one Sonny!

I’ll attempt to catch anything with fins!
Now, where did you say you saw that mermaid …

Great catch.

If two wrongs don’t make a right, try three.

Beautiful catch! Got me thinking. How do you release one like that off the pier?

Karma is 360 degrees

i was thinking the same thing. That’s a long drop. I’ve seen sharks released that didnt make it due to the long drop and splashdown.

If two wrongs don’t make a right, try three.

Put fish back into net, lower net back into water, wait for fish to swim away. We take great care in releasing them.

Kind of new to the area and looking for some pointers. What kind of rig and bait were you using there?

Early to bed, early to rise, fish like hell and make up lies.

Awesome catch!

Carolina rig with cut mullet.Use circle hook so you don’t gut hook the fish. Egg sinkers depends on the current usually 3 oz. to 4 oz. 50 pound mono leader.Cast bait into water, light drag and wait for the big one. I usually catch the big reds at night. Hope this will help you.

Are you allowed to fish the pier at night?
