That holster comes with a 44 mag that I bought a couple years ago.
Shooting Boer bees is a blast.
My 20 something year old Daisy getting wore out. They see it coming and move out of the way it’s so slow now.

I was gonna ask, regarding copperhead bite. Supposed to be less venomous that other pits.
I was hit by a Timber on finger several years ago. My bad, so quit trying to catch them.
I have told this before, but I had a Popeye arm, but was released from ICU two days later. I was lucky.
For some crazy reason while looking up some of the antivenin stuff just last week I saw something scary saying if you have received antivenin before you could be hypersensitive the next time, Yikes.
Just an FYI, they used to make antivenin from horses, but changed it to sheep due to much less allergic response in humans.

many times when I had the shells… me too. Not to mention dusk bat shoots. (That took soom real skill) The frogs and lizards I killed for no good reason with my bb gun… Well now I’m grown up, I do all I can for the frogs, lizards, and dragonflies. Snakes not so much… other than a few select individuals.
Well stated and thank you sir.
they will also get in every wood duck nest they can… I like em to an extent, but I have chickens so they get a free pass to obliteration. On the crazy side, if I did not have chickens I would Champion them. I’ve been told Chicken snakes are territorial and will run off any other snake including a rattler coming in their territory.
dammm chicken snake… 10
Jeez, you got hit pretty bad! Seems like I heard something a while back about future hypersensitivity. Killed a Timber Rattler a couple of years ago up in Western NC. He was hanging out under a bird feeder one night. Likely hunting for rodents.
We used to have some ring neck doves that we kept in an elevated pen off our back deck. Chicken snakes would find a way in occasionally and eat the eggs. Those snakes received a 22lr lobotomy.
I just put the squash on this creature.
Got a couple of them in the picture. I guess they carry their children with them??
Looks a lot like a Wandering Spider. Poisonous. Make you have a couple of bad days. Not saying it isn’t a wolf spider. They are hard to tell apart. Wandering spiders are just a little bigger than wolf spiders.
Don’t see as many wandering spiders, or I don’t. Our American wanderers front two legs are closer together and I’ll politely disagree as grown wolf will get just a tad bigger. I’m no spider expert by any means. Can’t see it in the pic but the eyes have a frown on this one were as a wander’s eyes have a upward curve feature (smile).
I’ll be happy to take your word for it. Never been that close to either version. Good info tho.
Most dislike spiders more than snakes. I got my interest in them from my youngest daughter loving to go “shining” for them at night. I miss it. She also loved to go in the swamp with me. All grown up and getting married next year. My wife smashes everyone she can.
Beautiful pups! The pampered life. All three of mine are house trained but the hair issue is just too much for us. My girl is an Aussie / mountian cur mix. Hard headed as they come, but super smart. She rules the roost.
The full blooded Shepherd is the wife’s girl, and the blond is my buddy. His dad was an akita / husky / shepherd mix and his mom a police Sheppard. Extremely protective and mischievous. Glad we got him cut when he was young.
Those are beautiful pups! I could look at BC and Aussie pics all day long. Great picture. Good thing they don’t get on the furniture much! I could make a new dog every week from the hair they shed. BC&Aussie in Beaufort. Their lifespans are too short, they deserve every amenity and pampering they can get.
Agree with the hair but what do you do ? And your are right, highly trained not to get on the furniture…or the bed. The BC is 11 now and the Aussie 4. They help me by making me take them for walks everyday.
I don’t mind the hair. When I’m out in public it lets folks know that I have dogs.
I empty the vacuum canister frequently. They are good therapy for the body and the mind. They give new meaning to a “good morning” My oldest, Ziggy is 13 ? and Coco is going on 5? Both rescues so uncertain as to birthdate.
Same here about the hair as in I don`t mind, I also have had two tricolor ( lassie) collies so they shed less than they did. Guess I meant hair comes with the animals and I want the animals.
I see we have the same stringent training methods, great pictures !
