I never fished a tournament, and don’t intend to, but I have read three pages of opinions, and one thought comes to mind. If the tournament managers created all this confusion by not being careful about the rules, should they not pay the price and give both top boats the first place money? Then they could be respected enough to allow them to manage future tourneys.
