I was able to spend fathers day with my family and sister and her family today out at Botany Bay. She had never been saltwater fishing and we had an epic day. Her 1st fish was a decent whiting, her 2nd was a 2 1/2 foot black tip, and her third was the largest trout I have ever seen that came in at 27.5". I had more fun helping her then fishing myself. Will post a pic as soon as I figure it out.

So I apparently picked the wrong way to link the picture. It was my first trip out there, but not my last. That place really is a gem.
