Tarponchaser I belived they did sound judgemental. I do not beleive that any of those questions pertain to the subject matter, however it did sound like it came from a lawyer (CHUM BAG LAWYERS). You will not understand this and that is okay too. Thanks

Cracker, sorry you dont approve of me going out in the “SCA” but I dont recall asking you about that. Maybe you should try to hold a seminar on this off topic, topic that you seem to know so much about and see how many people show up to listen to your B.S. I would not put my crew or myself in what I thought would be a dangerous trip out to sea.Nor did I say that we tore the fish up or that we were’nt sore for a couple of days after. You do not know me and I think its best if you keep your comments regarding me or my crew to yourself. From now on I will make sure only to Post on flat calm days when we fill the box. Thanks everyone for reading between the lines

Well, if you do not like people commenting on what you write on the WWW, then I suggest you not post in open forums where that occurs…that way, you will not have to worry about comments. That is how internet forums work. You post stuff and people comment.

I do not know you, you are correct… why are you being so defensive? What have I said here that is BS? I am not going to get into the name calling thing on this. I hope you can avoid it as well.

Why you gotta hate on the man?

That’s a ■■■■ nice fish and you people are rediculous for doubting him. Trippin’s reports (and that’s all he pretty much posts BTW) are all good and legitimate.

He has the 23’s blessing, and isnt he like the coolest intronet fisher superhero next to you

I was told by some folks in the know that I am not an internet superhero… In fact, I was told that my ideas are radical, kooky, and way out there… plus, I suck at fishing and everything I say is BS… oh, and layers suck too… so, it may be time to hang it up…

What does that mean? Please explain how a SCA posted by NOAA has anything to do with getting permission from anyone on the tridub…

Polly Wanna…

Cracker I don’t really put up any reports on CF.com, because when I fish out of Charleston, it is on another captains boat, and he is a regular here. He always posts his reports (and generally fills the fish box). I take great pleasure in reading about other’s success. I like to hear what they caught, where they caught it, how many they caught, and so forth. Sharing of information is why this forum is here correct? I’ve seen people called out on this site catching too many fish, keeping too many fish(somehow they always seem to be within the boundaries of the law), keeping fish that are too big, keeping fish that some of us don’t eat, and a whole host of other terrible offenses. I learn alot reading these posts, hell I may have even learned something from one of YOUR posts cracker. I just don’t see the point in busting somebody’s balls all the time. If we wanted to be criticized we’d probably stay home and listen to our wives instead of going fishing. Have a good day…

Just because you believe something does not make it a fact.

Don’t presume do know what I understand.

Get the sand out of your v-jayjay and realize that on an internet forum, people are going to have a different opinion than yours. It doesn’t make either of you wrong, just human.

Learn how to spell believe.

My friend, I am relaxed. I just mixed me another Crown & water, and I don’t get upset about what happens on uncle Al’s interweb.

Ahhh never mind…

people set bad examples for younger, less experienced boaters/fisherman… you have someone who went out fishing in a SCA and acts like it is an acceptable thing to do…

</font id=“quote”></blockquote id=“quote”>

I saw a video of a dude jump out a hellicopter, on the back of a BLUE MARLIN on this site.
If I go jump on a marlin, out a hilo’, and something bad happens to me. Is it the fault of the original poster or the site. Maybee it’s my own dumb a$$ fault, because I know I have no business jumping on a marlin.
How much should this be dumbed down. Now all you need is a intronet cf. degree to fish the big pond.

Can an advanced member fish bbrok? come on.

Only experience can teach you when to turn around, not the www.
Besides suggesting people dont give fishing reports depending on noaa (because we all know their perfect). BBBBBAAAAAAAWAWWWAWWHAHAHHAHAHHAHHAH !!!</font id=“size3”>
But then again I may not know what is, or is not acceptable.
This is a forum of course.

Oh… gotcha

Polly Wanna…

I would guess that the boat was less than 26’ and he had to google SCA after the fact.

Freshwater is for drinking.

Your insurance will not cover in SCA for the most part. The tow companies do not have to come in such conditions[I asked one last week]. JSYK

big dog

everyone on the boat knew the forecast and have definately fished in worse. captain knows the boat and how to handle it very well.
