I fished the big rock groin early Sunday morning. I got there just after sunrise. The mullet were everywhere. I caught 2 15" trout right away on live FM. and then a small flounder on a white bucktail tipped with a white curly tail Gulp swimming mullet… I kept the trout for dinner. I missed 2 or 3 trout I think and lost another one right at my legs. Looking forward to September, October, November surf fishing !
Pretty good trip. And a can’t wait for the Pilgrims to stay HOME!!
