Might try to go car camping at one of the beachesand do some surf fishing this week. It’s been a few years since I’ve bee to either Edisto or Hunting Island or surf fished in general. Has anyone been having any luck this time of year? Any recommendations as to one park over another?
I would say go south. Water was still cold at folly today.

I’m trying to talk the boss into a week at Edisto Island soon. It’s awesome to camp right next to the beach. Good surf fishing and sea shell hunting there too.
Make your reservations EARLY if you want to camp in the beach campground.
