OK, you’re right, Dabo likes to run up the score to pad the stats, he does it every chance he gets.
Unfortunately the nature of the CFB these days is to win big against the little guys. 45 points isn’t exactly a huge score. You posted the VT one where the game was in hand, TB was the reason and being a conference foe, he deserved to finish the game no matter the score. I believe if you look at the Furman game he had come out and was put back in because he was a few yards short of breaking a Clemson record, after that I’m pretty sure he was pulled.
Find me a instance where the score was so lopsided, no school records were within a few yards of being broken that the starters were left in to run the score up into the 60+ mark. There have been many instances where a comfortable lead and the game is over where the starters were pulled. Hell, NCST they pulled many of the starters only to have NCST mount a charge and had to put them back in.
These days, no coach is going to pull starters if the game lead is 28 or less, too many instances where those leads evaporated in no time.
I would be very surprised if TB, SW and the rest of the “1 Team” were in the game late.
I doubt Clemson covers a 52 point spread with the “1” guys just to make the bookies and betters happy. If 2nd, 3rd and walk-on’s do it then that is entirely different.

I cant believe I sat here and read all of this CRAP talking about Dabo and staff coming from a bunch of Coot fans who’s coach will get a key player like Lattimore and use him like a pack mule to the point of almost devastating his carrer in football. As long as he was healthy no matter who yall were playing he got the ball. LOL Give me a break “The Old Ball Sack” doesnt sit starters anymore than any other coach oh yeah unless your Clowney and have to come off every third play to get oxygen. Both teams have better football programs than ever before and I BELIEVE this year will be better than last. Its hard for me to say this but I hope both teams are undefeated come Nov 30th. All I can say is GO TIGERS!!!
